Next Architects, established in 2018, operates from a dynamic studio in Melbourne. Specializing in residential, commercial, and boutique house extensions, the practice delivers innovative and tailored design solutions that reflect the unique needs of each project.
The firm’s expertise extends to projects involving heritage contexts and adaptive reuse, such as transforming an apartment building into a thoughtfully designed rooming house. Notable works, including the BMAK Medical Centre, highlight the practice’s ability to merge functionality with design excellence.
In addition to architectural and interior design services, Next Architects provides comprehensive guidance through all project stages, from feasibility studies and schematic design to design development, tender documentation, and site inspections.
With a refined approach to materials, attention to detail, and respect for context, Next Architects consistently delivers projects that inspire better living, adapt to evolving needs, and enhance the built environment.
We offer complete architectural services, from the first sketch through to the final handover. Whether it’s a home, multi-residential development, or commercial space, we take the time to understand your needs and create design solutions that are functional, thoughtful, and tailored to your brief and budget.
Our interior design service ensures every space works seamlessly with the architecture. We carefully consider how you’ll use each room and layer in materials, finishes, and details that enhance everyday living while reflecting your style.
We handle the town planning process on your behalf, from site feasibility through to preparing and submitting applications. We work closely with councils and consultants to help your project progress smoothly and meet all local requirements.
From day one, we manage your project with clarity and care. We coordinate consultants, monitor progress, and stay across every detail to make sure everything runs to plan, keeping you informed and supported every step of the way.
